 At Casa Rabelo, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches your hands in the best possible condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, from the moment payment is confirmed. Once your package has been picked up by FedEx, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

2. Shipping and Rates
All shipments are handled through FedEx. The cost varies based on the delivery location and is calculated automatically at checkout.


 Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from the moment the package is picked up. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond Casa Rabelo's control, including weather conditions, high-demand seasons, or extraordinary situations within the distribution network.


 Complimentary shipping: On orders with a value equal to or greater than $1,350 MXN.

3. Extended Zones
Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may require an additional 2 to 3 business days for delivery. If your zip code corresponds to an extended zone and this generates an additional cost, you will be notified prior to shipment for your approval.

4. Order Tracking
At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You may track your package at any time at fedex.com. Monitoring the delivery is the customer's responsibility once the tracking number has been issued.

5. Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. Once the shipping label has been generated, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence after FedEx's delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged package: If you receive a package with visible damage or signs of having been opened, please photograph it before handling it and contact us within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receipt at casadepurosrabelo@gmail.com.


 Lost package: If the tracking system indicates delivered but you have not received your order, or if more than 15 business days have passed without movement on the tracking number, please contact us immediately. We will open a formal report with FedEx to locate the package or manage the appropriate resolution.


 Shipment Protection: All our packages include declared value coverage through FedEx. This allows us to efficiently handle any damage or loss claim and ensures that your order is fully protected at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability
Casa Rabelo reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information published on the site, as well as to cancel orders when necessary. In cases where published information is incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding.


 Delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and do not constitute a guarantee. Casa Rabelo is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control.


 The use of purchased products is the sole responsibility of the customer.
